
Run or walk your way to your first half marathon finish or improve
your current time by joining the SRC Half marathon training program.
This training program will offer a 12 week session. This program is specifically
designed to prepare you for the Santa Barbra Wine Country Half Marathon.
Weeknight workouts begin at 6:00 pm
Weekend workouts begin at 7:30 am
First Group Workout- February 13th
Meeting place for all group workouts is Sierra Running Co. (9447 N. Ft Washington
Suite 106) unless otherwise noted.
All participants should be able to run or walk a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week by the start of training. Please, if you have not exercised in a while, call your physician and request a physical

In-person and phone registration opens January 16, 2010 at 10 am $200 per
person for 12 week session February 13th-May 8th Registration fee includes
race entry! NO REFUNDS after February 13th (no exceptions) There are no
exchanges or transfers at any time. A maximum of 50 people will be allowed.

Info/Kick-off Night
- Two info nights will be held prior to the start of training - January
25th and February 1st at 8pm at SRC.
- Once you have registered for the program you will begin receiving email
updates as the start date approaches - with information on the shoe clinic
and Kick-off night. You will want to plan to attend Kick-off night as this
is where all specific training information will be handed out including
training packets, location/date schedules, seminar dates, etc.
